KNAPP Italia is looking for a Junior Project Manager
Become part of our project management team active throughout Italy. It is your role to successfully plan, coordinate and implement projects, guaranteeing the defined budget, scope and timeline. As a project manager, you will have a central role in communicating with all relevant stakeholders, including our international Knapp colleagues and most importantly, the customer.
Roles and responsibilities:
It is you task to:
- Coordinate all project related activities and ensure they occur in a time frame necessary for a successful project
- Ensure all required communication between project stakeholders, Knapp resources, suppliers, etc., occurs in a time frame and to the level of detail necessary for a successful project
- Produce, distribute, and file documentation as required to ensure the satisfaction of contractual requirements and the mitigation of risk
- Work in coordination with project management company guidelines/team
- Ensure all necessary information flows between Knapp head office, other Knapp subsidiaries, and the customer
Requirements for applicants
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical degree
- You have gained 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- You are excited to work with an international team
- You have a strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills characterise you
- You are able to communicate proficiently in the Italian and English language, (German would be a plus)
- You are keen to travel in Italy and to our head office in Austria
