Sr. Manager' EMEA Customer Marketing Location: Remote About The Job Rubrik is a cybersecurity company' and our mission is to secure the world's data. We are in search of a customer-obsessed marketer to join us as we fuel marketing and supercharge sales with inspiring and relevant customer success stories in EMEA. Reporting into the Sr. Director' Global Customer Marketing' you will lead our regional efforts' developing and nurturing long-term strategic relationships with Rubrik's most innovative customers in Europe. As EMEA Customer Marketing lead' you will be responsible for driving the results and impact of the Customer Marketing programs' including tracking metrics and read-outs to leadership. You will be empowered to proactively partner with Sales' Sales Transformation' Customer Success' Professional Services' Product' and the greater Marketing team to strategically position joint marketing and engagement opportunities' create customer loyalty' and get customers excited to share their stories. This is a high-impact' high-visibility role and the ideal candidate has a penchant for customer and executive experience' an eye for detail' tolerance for change' and a love of data-driven decision making. You will work closely with executives at our largest EMEA customers (and some of the world's most exciting and innovative brands!). You will be instrumental in elevating the ", voice of the customer", across Rubrik EMEA' as well as lead' plan' launch and execute key customer programs' including strategy' execution and results of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) and Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) for the EMEA region. Your Impact - Lead the strategy and delivery for all Customer Marketing across EMEA' including Customer Advocacy' Executive Briefing programs' and Customer Advisory Boards. - You will have ownership for the results of your programs working collaboratively and cross functionally with your Rubrik Customer Marketing peers around the world. - Identify new projects and opportunities to amplify the impact of EMEA Customer Marketing. - Identify and deliver compelling external and internal-facing customer stories across multiple formats (written' video' speaker' social media' press' analyst' sales references' etc.) - Identify and collaborate on top customer accounts for integrated joint marketing journeys by aligning with campaigns' Sales' Product Marketing' PR and more. - Own flawless execution and manage customer relationships through joint marketing engagements' making the engagement as easy for the customer as possible. - Support company and tradeshow events by securing customer speakers and highlighting their success. - Work closely with Senior Manager' Global Customer Advocacy to curate marketing campaigns that showcase our thought-leading data security customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of customers and internal constituencies' including creative' legal' support' sales and marketing. - Work with the Sr. Manager' Global EBC to build and grow the Rubrik EMEA EBC and briefing portfolio' including developing and launching new and innovative briefing modalities and centers for customer engagement. - You will be the go-to for executives and sales questions about EMEA briefings' logistics' insights' and reporting - You will collaborate to design a custom' seamless briefing experience from planning' execution to follow-up for the customer' executives' and account teams. This includes coordinating end-to-end logistics' providing counsel to sales in developing custom agendas for each briefing to achieve desired outcomes' leading associated preparation' development of materials' and briefing follow-ups. - Quickly scale EBCs to support 20+ of the most strategic EMEA customer accounts and opportunities with memorable' bespoke briefing experiences. - Partner with the Sr. Manager' Global Executive Programs to establish a Rubrik EMEA exec engagement strategy and program portfolio' including defining' launching' and executing an EMEA Customer Advisory Board program. This includes customer acquisition onboarding' agenda development' communications and event execution. - Develop best practices that drive true customer engagement' value and business impact for EMEA customers. What You Bring - 10+ years of relevant work experience (customer or partner marketing' sales' agency etc.)' including customer-facing experience at the C-level. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus. - Exceptional communicator' both written and verbal in English. French' Spanish' German' Italian language skills are a plus. - Strong sales and business acumen - Proven experience effectively driving consensus across diverse teams in multiple departments' time zones' and functions with individual priorities. - Demonstrated ability to present to leadership and overall strong presentation building skills. - Demonstrated ability to deliver positive customer experiences. - Demonstrated ability to use data to influence internal and external decision makers - Strong relationship-building skills with extreme attention to detail. - Excellent written and presentation skills' including Google Slide/PowerPoint skills. - Familiarity with Salesforce' Tableau' Slapfive' Base.ai' User Evidence' BriefingSource and/or other relevant customer marketing technologies - Can-do' positive' inspiring attitude with an outside-the-box' innovative and creative mindset. - Comfortable operating with change and ambiguity - Ability to manage multiple strategic projects and deadlines at one time - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time - Maniacally focused on the customer and executive experience About Rubrik: Rubrik is on a mission to secure the world's data.
