Valmet is on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Junior to join our team in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan office on a 2-year temporary contract .

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of the entire accounting cycle.
• Monitoring Valmet SPA's administrative activities in compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
• Preferably: skills in both EU and non-EU contexts
• Support in crafting precise and timely financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
• Provide essential support by delivering financial information and business analysis for strategic planning, decision-making, and controlling for each unit.
• Assist in developing annual forecasts and business plans.
• Contribute to interim and year-end internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, offering support to the business as needed.
• Assist colleagues in navigating VAT number challenges.
• Support in the management control of bank guarantees.
• Provide assistance in suppliers' risk assessment.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or technical high school diploma in accounting.
• Possibly 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Reliable and discreet with a strong teamwork orientation.
• Detail-oriented.
