Tesla is seeking a Senior Account Manager for residentialenergy sales in Italy. Your core responsibility is B2B sales of Teslaresidential and small commercial energy products in Italy, with the focus ofselling our Powerwall product, a home battery designed to store energy fromsolar or the grid. You will develop, maintain and grow a productive network ofcustomers such as 3rd party installers. In addition, you will actively drivebusiness development opportunities in your region.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve Powerwall sales targets within assigned channel(s)in Italy
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization ofpartner accounts effectively communicating Tesla's product and feature roadmap.
• Evaluate new business opportunities with current and newaccounts and/or sales channels, identify suitable product offerings, and takeownership of capturing these opportunities
• Provide key market insights into broader business team
• Provide sales forecasts to business and manufacturingteams, 
• Support evaluating market dynamics across sectors (utility,commercial & industrial, residential, etc.) and drivers (policy/regulatory,economics, etc.) 
• Represent Tesla at sales and marketing events promotingPowerwall
• Help identify and support implementation of initiatives tomaintain or improve partner training, partner installation quality, and toimprove Tesla operations and fulfilment and Tesla support
• Provide user / customer feedback to IT development teamsregarding Tesla tools, systems and to Operations regarding processes 

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of work experience in a commercial role within thePV, wind or energy storage industry
• Excellent communicationanddocumentation skills
• Ability to prioritize work and execute many projects andtasks in parallel
• Working knowledge of grid/utility markets, as well asgrid-tied technologies
• Fluency in Italian and English, additional other Europeanlanguages are a plus
• Flexibility to travel
• Work location: Milan, Turin, Bergamo, Verona, Padua, Bolognaor Florence
