Job description
We are currently looking for an assistant to our CEO as a maternity leave replacement.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact and interface to internal and external partners. The focus will be on all organizational matters in order to support our CEO in day-to-day operations and in dealing with strategic and conceptual issues.
Your tasks
- You will take care of the complete office management, process internal and external inquiries and keep the calendars constantly up to date.
- You will coordinate and organize internal and external appointments, prepare management correspondence diligently and archive important documents in a timely manner.
- You will plan national and international business trips accurately and also handle their invoicing.
- You will prepare minutes, set deadlines and monitor due dates.
- You will regularly prepare presentations for internal and external target groups.
- You will be continuously involved in the organization and implementation of various events.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Multiple years of professional experience as a management assistant or comparable position
- Good written and spoken German, Italian and English skills
- You have very good organizational and communication skills as well as an independent way of working
- You are reliable, a team player, discreet and loyal
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
There is the possibility to subsequently re-train the maternity replacement and, if both parties agree, to convert it into a long-term employment relationship.
