ERP-Specialist (m/f/d) - Intercable Tec

We are seeking an experienced ERP specialist who is ready to take on a central role in the technical support of IT as well as in the business-related development of our ERP systems. The main activities include, among others:

• Responsibility for 2nd level support for ERP systems (for troubleshooting and adjustments)
• Maintenance of existing interfaces to other hardware and software solutions as part of our IT and ERP team
• Regular exchange with our departments to identify adaptation needs of our ERP architecture to our business requirements
• Collaboration with our external ERP service providers for the targeted implementation of our internal requirements for the ERP systems
• Leading ERP projects (e.g., upgrades, rollouts, and system migrations)

Requirements

• Completed IT education and/or several years of relevant professional experience
• Strong interest in IT and software solutions, especially in the production sector
• Good German, Italian and English skills
• High willingness to learn and motivation to learn new topics
• Proactive customer service, problem prevention and continuous improvement skills
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
