Job description

JOB SPECIFICATION; ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a crucial member of our team, you will work with governments and donors, engaging senior leaders in public sectors to address their most complex challenges. Your role involves building capabilities for delivering priority projects and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This role is being offered as a 1 year fixed term engagement. There may be an opportunity for the engagement to be extended after the initial 1 year period however this will depend on the growth of the region and the individuals performance, therefore it is not guaranteed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Project Leaders on the execution of client projects, offering guidance and coaching to the client’s team for achieving tangible results
Engage directly with clients, facilitating problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement across organizational silos
Lead data collection and analytical processes to develop robust recommendations for client presentations
Implement prioritized recommendations, working closely with client team members
Plan and execute stakeholder workshops, ensuring the smooth flow of routine meetings
Contribute to the development of client reports and communication materials under the guidance of Project Leaders
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
