Job description
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on DevSecOps practices and expertise in Azure, who will join an international MedTech Company based near Verona. As a pivotal member of R&D team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing software development lifecycle by integrating security seamlessly into DevOps processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end pipelines, integrating security into the entire software development lifecycle on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to implement and improve security measures and practices across the organization.
- Lead efforts to automate and streamline deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing, and remediation activities to ensure the robustness of systems.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of containerization and orchestration solutions, leveraging tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to DevOps processes and environments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and security, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on implementing DevSecOps practices.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Proficient in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
