From the Michelin star Restaurant Otto Geleng - one of the most spectacular restaurants in Sicily- to our Timeo Bar and Restaurant located on our famous terrace, culinary excellence is in our DNA.
We are looking for a Commis de Rang for our Pool Grill & Timeo Restaurant for the next season 2024 to join our team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused. Excellent command of English. Additional languages would be desirable.
He/She reports to Maitre.
