Job description
For a leader Cruise Line Company I'm looking for an IT Project Manager - Governance.
His/Her aim is to bring a strong impact on project prioritization, monitoring, methodology and a strong drive on decision making support. He / She will join the PMO & Governance unit at the Company's Headquarter taking the following main responsibilities:
- Define/disseminate project governance culture & standards, in line with the best practices
- Coordinate the IT Project Prioritization process, in collaboration with the IT Planning & Analytics Director
- Coordinate the monitoring of projects track (progress, critical issues, remediation plan)
- Implement and integrate the Governance of strategic projects identified on the plans and roadmaps
- Support the dissemination of a culture of compliance & IT security by design (in coordination with IT Security and Compliance units)
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in managing complex IT projects, on global scale
- Project Management skills (scope and collection of business requirements , progress status, issue/scope/risk management)
- Program Management skills (integrated view across projects/departments)
- Ability to frame solutions/projects in line with the IT Strategy
- Ability to manage resource estimation (economic, human, hw, sw, services, etc.)
- Change Management skills and Communication effectiveness
- Curiosity, pragmatism and a mindset aimed at "continuous improvements"
- Any certifications relevant to the above areas (e.g. PMO, ITIL, etc.) are appreciated.
- Fluent English (writing, comprehension, communication)
