Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant
Location: Remote
Were in search of a proficient PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with expertise in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft HCM modules to align with an organizations HR policies procedures and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet the organizations HR policies procedures and business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR business processes identifying gaps and proposing solutions leveraging PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document system requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM modules ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
- Oversee the migration of employee data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft HCM ensuring data accuracy integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate PeopleSoft HCM configurations ensuring system functionality performance and security meet organizational requirements.
- Provide training and support to HR users to maximize utilization of PeopleSoft HCM features and selfservice functionalities.
- Investigate and resolve system issues promptly ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Plan and execute upgrades and patches for PeopleSoft HCM applications optimizing system performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation including system configurations user guides and training materials facilitating knowledge sharing among HR team members.
- Ensure PeopleSoft HCM configurations and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in HCM technology and HR processes identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
