Role & Responsibilities:
Serve as primary application developer for the Salesforce environment
Handle admin and development activites in Sales cloud
Coordinate the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives client requirements and company goals
Experience Required:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects formula fields workflows custom views and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Proficient with Salesforce Customisation like Apex VisualForce Lightning (Aura & Web Components) Sales Cloud and SFDX.
Strong Experience in Tavant Warranty Management solution
Experience in MuleSoft is an advantage
