Job description
We are looking for a project coordinator to be responsible for handling our companys ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements deadlines and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables preparing status reports and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
Responsibilities
- Development of project management document such as project budgets project schedules scope statements and project plans in software development.
- Supervise the project procurement process
- Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define Project requirements acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what s needed at the right time
- Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Be the liaison between the Project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
- Foster crossteam collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in software development projects.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and stepbystep action plans
- Solid organizational skills including multitasking and timemanagement
- Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Agile or SCRUM based project management tools.
