Overview:
The Presales Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role is pivotal in driving sales building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for handling the customers inquiry (Voice process).
- Followup with customers.
- Client Relationship Management Handling calls collecting and updating the database.
- Good communication skill.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualification 12th and above.
- Proven experience in presales or customerfacing roles (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated problemsolving and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience required 0 to 5Yr
- Language fluency required English and Kannada
- Its 6days working(including weekend) one week off on weekday.
- Location would be Bellandur Bangalore
