Dayco Propulsion Solutions works as a Global Team every day to raise the bar and provide more and more integrated solutions for Hybridization, optimizing the Control Logic of the Electric Machine performance and pursuing a Smart System Management that reduces the CO2 emissions.

The resource will be responsible to:

• Study work plans, in order to optimize work processes;
• Analize and evaluate the as-is situation and to propose improvements from a lean production perspective;
• Propose and manage improvement activities;
• Provide support to other plants where needed.
  

To carry out his or her activities, he or she will need to know:

• Quality Policy and System Procedure
• IATF overview
• Project and minitab software
• Reading of machine design
• DOE
