Job description
Humangest, on behalf of Arsenale Group, a company operating in the luxury hospitality industry, is seeking a Night Manager to work in a prestigious 5 stars hotel located in the heart of Rome.
Main responsibilities:
● Night staff team management
● Customer service: welcoming guests, ensuring satisfaction and an outstanding experience
● Supervising and coordinating the activities of night staff across all departments
● Implementing and enforcing security protocols
● Financial management of the night operations
Qualifications:
● Experience in hotel management or hospitality with a focus on night operations is preferred.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and employees at all levels.
● Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
● Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems.
● Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is mandatory.
● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred.
