Job description
Responsibilities:
Enabling DSTs and customers with service support from TTL support functions
Controlling team of DSTs for performance & their attrition.
Driving the capability building plan with DSTs by ensuring timely trainings for various parameters
Driving the coverage programs like demand generation customer focused programs industry forum participations etc.
Ensuring DST Adherence to laid down processes & policies
Adherence to the document guidelines & policy
Facilitating issue resolutions at customer end through cross functional teams coordination & support teams.
Responsible for DST productivity and development
Keep Abreast with Competitive activities in the region
Segment wise product focus to drive new business
Capabilities and competencies:
Understanding of wire line telecom solutions
Good Oral and Written Presentation skills
Strong crosses functional skills to collaborate with commercial program management Technology and Finance.
Innovative and flexible in strategising GTM Approach
Flexible for learning new products and processes
Experience :
6 8 years of Experience in Telecom Sales
Qualification:
Graduate/MBA/Engineering Graduate
Essential Requirement:
Experience of Retail Broadband Selling/ Enterprise Selling/ B2B sales/ Direct Sales Team Management
Should have sound Achievements and Recognitions from Previous Roles.
Preferred Industry:
Telecom / EBPAX / Large System Integrators/IoT
