Marketing Support
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns exhibitions conferences references Cold Calls etc.
Where necessary support marketing efforts such as trade shows exhibits and other events.

Lead Management
Evaluate Leads in CRM Leads list and take required actions.
Ensure that quotes are sent to qualified leads.

Customer Management
Presenting and delivering information to Consultants/Customer on technical queries.
Assist in creating Compliance responses to potential clients.

CRM Management
CRM Creating and maintaining a list/database of Accounts/Contacts
CRM Creating and maintaining a list/database of Opportunities
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

PreSales Activities Order processing and maintaining Records.
Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
Preparing and sending techno commercial quotes to Customers.
Processing incoming orders in coordination with Project team.
Maintain Order records/ review payment status and follow up.
Vendor management and order processing for suppliers/vendors
Coordinating with Shipping Department / transporters regarding shipments. (IN/OUT)
