Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Junior Carbody Designer Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Pistoia - IT

Accountabilities

• High motivation in the design of rail structure
• Collaborate with the sub-project groups (internal and external) and ensure the development of the assigned project part;
• Ability in use of softwares for carbody design and CAD integration: CREO, CATIA

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
• Experience to perform the aforementioned tasks as described in section above
• Availability for short domestic and overseas trips.

Languages

• Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
