Job description

Technical Lead( 24 x 7 Support / Onsite ) Hands on Cross Domains

Incident Trends and Reduction plans

Track the status of Problem management tickets and RCAs.

Review the current knowledge Availability vs incident registered.

Process gap assessment and improvement plans

Workflow automation progress review

Review progress and plan for next month

Review dependencies

Regularly monitor complete Datacenter and DR Site.

Coordinate with the client for all new implementing drive the same to closer

Support Implementation of IT Security policies and compliance

Adherence and maintenance of the access controls of all employees

Support all Domains as SME Technical L3 support not Limiting to following.

Storage Management. Disaster Recovery Server Management Windows Management

Linux Management Network Management Security Management Data base management

Middleware management

Recommend suggest and Implement Best Practices

Maintain audit trails and history for tracking purpose

Monitoring of utilization and identifying the need for upgrades

Notification to management about pending capacity constraints and threshold limits.

Fine tuning of configuration to improve performance

Perform Periodic Recovery testing to

Support Complete delivery from Technology standpoint.

Drive all Major Incident revie RCA and close on CAPA Learning Implementation
