Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and execution of a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with our goals and values
• Optimizion or introduction of internal communication channels, ensuring they are effective and accessible to all employees
• Implementation of strategies to increase employee engagement within their organization and foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture and to ensure transparency
• Collaborate with Peoplemanagers to craft and deliver key messages to employees and provide communication support to executives for internal announcements and initiatives, with particular focus on breakdown of company goals
• Definition of structures and events to cascade information (Roadshows, all hand meetings, Family days, excc) and provide support in the organisation of internal events
• Conduction of training sessions and workshops on effective communication skills for employees and managers
• Regular and close coordination with Marketing Communication Team (content creation) and Head of Talent Acquisition (Employer Branding)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field
• Previous years of professional experience in communication roles, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative communication strategies
• Familiarity with communication tools and platforms
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, along with utmost discretion and initiative
• Very good knowledge of English, German and Italian
