As an intern you will support our Accounting and Entrance Hall Team during the summer months (June - August). You will get a 360° overview of the financial accounting with all the various administrative tasks and be the first contact person for our guests and partners.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Assist the financial accounting department in posting all transactions as they occur 
• Support in the creation of customer master data in the ERP system
• Assist in the management of travel expense reports
• Assist in the reception of visitors (customers, business partners, internal employees)
• Support in the communication with external persons
• Help to manage stationery and company cars 
• Support in administrative tasks

Profile:

• University student or degree in economics or in a similar field
• Previous experience in accounting, administration will be considered as a plus
• Excellent German/Italian skills and good English Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
