Requirements
Property Litigation is a key part of this job and this includes:
Offering comprehensive legal advice and resolving conflicts through litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Candidate details
23 year PQE solicitor with property litigation background specifically with experience of running a busy caseload of landlord and tenant residential possession matters.
Excellent above market salary with bonus potential and career growth development and opportunities
Landlord and Tenant disputes Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients involved in disputes arising from residential and commercial lease agreements. This involves a combination of legal analysis, negotiation, and courtroom representation to safeguard the interests of landlords and tenants. Housing, tenancy, and long-leasehold issues Recovery of debts including outstanding rental income Offering comprehensive legal advice and resolving conflicts through litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.Job tags
