With the aim of strengthening the corporate structure of Fidia Farmaceutici, Randstad Italia Spa is looking for a Training Intern to support the P&C Team.

Main activities:
- Support Global P&C Development team in preparing training material (video, tutorials, ppt, manuals, ecc.).
- Supporting P&C communication activities.
- Support P&C team in dealing with day-to-day activities (e.g.: maintenance and update of internal systems; management and organization of training programs; scheduling and coordination of internal meetings, ecc.).
- Supporting implementation of new P&C tools and processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional P&C teams to ensure proper information flow.

Requirements:
- Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Humanities, Communication or similar and interest in HR field.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B1)
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel and Power Point) and Web searching.
- Basic knowledge of graphics and video production is a plus credential, to independently accomplish basic tasks.
- Learning agility.
- Attention to detail, curiosity and proactive approach will be considered a plus.
