Customer Service Internship (M/F)

Job description

We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.

 

We are looking for an Intern who supports our Customer Service Wholesale & Retail for at least 6 months starting from mid October.
With this internship, you will get a 360° overview of the customer experience starting from the order of clients through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service. The Customer Service will check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status until the final delivery. This experience will give you the possibility to understand the needs and requirements of the end consumer and the guidelines and processes regarding the Customer Service for our Retail and Wholesale.
