Job Responsibilities
The candidate will refer to the “INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY” Business Unit and will have strong interactions with one of the most important Customer of Gruppo FOS
The selected candidate will join a young and dynamic environment and the proposed activity will have a strong impact on the client’s business
Professional Experience:
We are looking for a person with an university degree, especially in ICT field and with previous experience in activities in contact with the customer.
Scientific degree, preferably Engineering – Infmratics - Biomedical - Electronic, with a solid academic background.
Availability to travel in Europe for short to medium term assignments. Technical background is a must.
Tech skills
· MS Office with very good expertise in Power Point
· Azure DevOps or similar of tools to manage software projects, from planning and development through testing and deployment
· Experience in testing web applications
· Capabilities in data analysis
· Good in training documents creation
Soft skills
· Customer oriented, kind and empathic with the customer needs
· Committed to never leave a request unattended and to provide solutions/workarounds asap
· Capable to communicate technical developments in improvements for the business
· Happy to learn and open to changes
