Randstad MONZA FINANCE is looking for a procurement analyst for an international company in Lomagna.

The candidate will have the opportunity to carry out an experience within the procurement area
of a prestigious company in the electronics sector. The selected figure, reporting directly to

procurement coordinator, will guarantee the correct carrying out of all procurement activities.
The candidate will have the opportunity to carry out the evaluation of offers and management of
commercial negotiations to obtain the best price, quality, and service conditions.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Ensure that within each Materials Requirements Planning all buyers are put in a position to work on optimized Purchase Requests.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement management and IT to optimize information flows and work tools, ensuring increasingly shorter analysis times thanks to an ever-decreasing need for manual processing of input data.
• Manage forecasted needs with electronics distributors.
• Report to demand planning any potential problems or anomalies found in the analysis of purchase proposals.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of electronic components
• Fluency in English
• Excellent ability to use office tools (Focus: EXCEL)
• Preferable experience in similar roles of at least 2 years
• Interpersonal skills
