The mission of the role

The GROUP FP&A GSM/GCC team partners with Global Strategic Marketing and Global Commercial Capabilities to build  consumer-relevant categories and brands and enhancing and establishing commercial capabilities to win with consumers and shoppers at the moment of truth, leveraging all touchpoints on the path to purchase along the omnichannel journey ​ leading to  profitable growth of our brands. ​

The Group FP&A trainee’s role is to assist the team in the analysis and control of Group KPIs.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• To support the team on Financial planning and analysis
• To provide support in preparing analysis on pricing, Revenue growth levers
• Collaborate with DR&A team to ensure global reporting enhancement
• To support GSM FP&A on A&P management process

Key Relationships

Internal: Group FP&A team, GBS DR&A team , GSM and GCC teams

External: Consultants that are eventually involved in projects,

Experience & Education

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• Languages: Italian; Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of another language is a plus

Technical skills

• Strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to make recommendations based on financial data analysis.
• Highly analytical, and detail-oriented with advanced financial modelling and reporting skills.
• Experience in project management tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in Accounting.

Soft skills

• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions.
