IBM Consulting's Associate Programme is IBM's world-class 2-year development programme for early professionals and about-to-graduate talents.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate SAP Consultant at IBM Consulting, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of understanding how our clients operate and do business - which includes some of the world's leading organizations.
We design, develop, and re-engineer highly complex business processes, and the application components and software that support them. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and help them succeed.

Within your role as an Associate SAP Consultant, you will:
Become part of client-facing teams that generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees,
Master process design, planning and managing execution of the build and integration of SAP systems,
Specialize in areas and processes such as, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management, Analytics
Assist and eventually guide clients in selection, implementation (design, configuration, and testing), and support of SAP Solutions,
Work in a client-facing manner and be expected to specialize within an industry.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration & Economics and STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
Italian mother-tongue and fluent in English with strong communication skills both in writing and verbally,
Excellent presentation/communication and interpersonal skills,
Enthusiasm towards information systems and client facing business consulting,
A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Consulting experience and/or user experience are an advantage.
