Adecco Milano Is looking for an Operation Supervisor to join the company, leader in the bike sharing, to lead specific company processes and support ad hoc operational excellence projects. The Task: Ensure productivity targets are met Analyzing operational performance of internal and external resources Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives Ensuring compliance to SOP of internal and external resources both on key company processes and operational activities Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all means meet predetermined standards Provide strategic guidance to management on process and performance improvement opportunities Work with internal and external teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency The Profile: Bachelor's degree Expertise in managing teams and leading continuous improvement processes. Excellent planning, organization and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
