The partner:
We are looking for a Service Manager for established and dynamic company operating in the field of service in the automotive sector.
The role:
The resource will be placed as a reference figure within the Service Team and will follow all phases of the process. Among other activities, he/she will be responsible for:
- Lead and monitor ongoing projects, managing the Service Team;
- Customer relationship management for the purpose of building loyalty;
- Managing administrative tasks regarding invoices, new orders, and inventory tracking;
- Managing relationships with suppliers and sales representatives.
Mandatory skills:
- At least three years' experience in the role required;
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or demonstrated work experience in the role;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language;
- Understanding of the English language.
