Job description
As a team lead (about 20% of the time):
- Code reviews and merge/deploy
- Discuss/assist other DEVs and figure out solutions where they are stuck and communicate the same with me
- Good communication to articulate the problem/solution at hand
- Respond to any production support requests in the offshore/APAC hours
As an individual contributor (about 80% of the time):
- AEM component and page component development
- Customized AEM dialog creation (needs good JS/JQUERY/Coral UI and some CSS skills)
- AEM Workflows (custom user interaction dialogs and conditional flow)
- Issue identification/resolution in OnPrem AEM implementations
- Knowledge of the dispatcher and the webserver (preferably IIS but even Apache is good)
- Basic J2EE concepts of servlet/filters/services etc.
- Good understanding of overall architecture and every layer of the AEM architecture
- User groups and permissions handling in AEM
- ACS commons basic knowledge
