Smarter Dharma is looking for a Sustainability Architect to join their team of experts in green building design and construction. In this role you will work closely with project teams to provide sustainability consulting and analysis for various building projects. Prior experience with Green Building certification is preferred.
What Youll Be Doing:
Creating building models and conducting simulations for energy daylight shadow and ventilation analysis
Conducting sustainability assessments including simulations and technical report preparation for certification works such as IGBC and LEED
Collaborating with the design team to integrate sustainable design strategies into building projects
What Were Looking For:
A Masters degree in relevant fields such as architecture engineering or building energy performance
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability analysis for buildings
Experience in simulation tools like Ecotect eQuest Revit Rhino Ladybug Tools etc.
Experience in IGBC LEED GRIHA or other green building certifications is preferred
Strong knowledge of building design and construction principles including sustainability
best practices
Excellent communication and project management skills
Should be selfmotivated to work proactively both independently and as part of a team
