Technical Manager (F/M/D) page is loaded

Take ownership of Process Engineering responsibilities previously managed by the Operations Director in PU.
Address the increased workload and project complexity driven by the growing need for automation and strategic plan volume expansions.
Oversee the distribution of roles between the plant and Global Manufacturing Team (GMT), especially with regards to project lead responsibilities moving to the plant.
Manage increased workload demands resulting from growing volumes, necessitating 24/7 coverage across three shifts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective maintenance protocols and address the challenges posed by new and sophisticated equipment.
Prioritize and lead activities related to New Product Launch and Serial Life management.
Provide essential support for product development, particularly in the prototype phase where processes are not available in the prototype shop.
Ensure smooth launches for complex new products, drawing on recent experiences such as spiderMaxx.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and streamline processes.
In-depth knowledge of process engineering, maintenance, and new product launch methodologies.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
E xcellent level of English (C1)
