Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct initial screenings schedule interviews and onboard new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Performance Management: Establish and oversee a performance management process including goal setting regular checkins and feedback sessions.
Talent Development: Identify training needs design development programs and foster employee growth and skill enhancement.
Employee Relations: Address concerns mediate conflicts and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies ensuring compliance with laws regulations and best practices.
Employee Engagement: Create engagement initiatives recognize achievements and promote a positive company culture.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation programs salary reviews and employee benefits to attract and retain top talent.
Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives that promote diversity equity and inclusion fostering a sense of belonging for all employees.
HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to track HR metrics identify trends and make informed decisions.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals driving organizational success.
