Designers, Human Factor experts , and engineers work side by side to achieve the most suitable interaction with a technological solution – either visual, physical, vocal, or gestural.

In doing that, we can count on consolidated expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as on SW, FW, and HW development for HMI.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Firmware Engineer to join our development team. Are you passionate about embedded technology and have solid experience in firmware development and maintenance? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

• Develop and maintain firmware for our hardware devices, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to define firmware requirements and architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code to implement required features in the firmware.
• Create and execute tests to verify the correctness and reliability of the firmware in various conditions and scenarios.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues in the firmware through log analysis and the use of debugging tools.
• Optimize firmware to improve performance, reduce code size, and minimize resource consumption.
• Provide support for ongoing firmware maintenance, including updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new features.

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electronics, or related field.
• Proven experience in embedded firmware development and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded programming languages such as C/C++.
• Familiarity with serial communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C.
• Good understanding of firmware design principles and development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills.
• Experience using development and debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
• Good knowledge of both Italian and English
