Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Duration: 3 months w/extension possibilities
Location: Remote US
Hours: Standard
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly/biweekly meeting with Autodesk
- Capture important notes and AIs in Wildebeest
- Manage Asana tracking of Project Wildebeest tasks and feature enhancements with Autodesk
- Keep Smartsheet project plans up to date
- Assist in keeping GO site up to date
- Updating/creating newsletters
- Capture pilot feedback and help close
- Support during project management phase ad hoc presentation material meeting notes etc.
- Test features and processes when enhancements made or issues found
- Capture pilot exit criteria
Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or related and 2 years of experience
Top 5 Must have Skills:
- Google Suite SmartSheet and Project Plans
- Managing and tracking projects to include feature enhancements and bug/fixes
- Advanced communication skills ability to present and provide information to a global audience
- Testing features and capturing feedback
- Tracking and managing AIs
Interview Process: 2 Rounds 1st Video 2nd Video.
