RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior System Administratorto join its office in BARI within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior System Administrator to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to deepen their technical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Management and maintenance of Active Directory infrastructure.

Administration of Linux-based systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Development and implementation of scripts for task automation in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

Monitoring and maintenance of network performance, including knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking basics.

Availability for short to medium-term business trips to support company needs.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

B2 level of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical contexts.

Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Linux operating systems.

Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

Good understanding of TCP/IP concepts and networks.

Willingness to travel for short to medium-term business trips.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or knowledge of industrial environments and their components, such as PLCs, SCADA, etc.

Familiarity with network monitoring systems such as Nagios or Zabbix.
