Construction Project Management Lead - Southern Region / Spain, Italy

The Construction Project Management Lead will be responsible to manage aregionally based team whose focus is to deliver construction services for newTesla showrooms, service centers, bodyshops & delivery hubs. The ConstructionManagement Lead will also be a working manager responsible to manage anddeliver individual projects with a focus on construction management. You willmanage the workloads of the team to ensure coverage of all services for new andexisting Tesla projects. The Construction Lead will report to the RegionalManager for the Southern Region.

You willmanage the workloads of the team to ensure coverage of all services for new andexisting Tesla projects. The Construction Lead will report to the RegionalManager for the Southern Region.

What You’ll Do

• Managing workload of the Construction team for the SouthernRegion
• Ensuring the alignment with Real Estate forecast ofnew store openings and operational objectives and goals.
• Will also be required to review and approve allCAPEX budgets before being presented to the Senior Management for Approval toProceed.
• Responsible to review all Change Order Requests andAdditions for CAPEX.
• Cost and budget management as well as approvingadditional spends when needed.
• Will be expected to engage and align with theRegional SSD Managers to mitigate all escalations, communicate regional needs,and ensure alignment.
• Internal and external stakeholder management in theregion
• Escalation matters when needed while ensuringprojects are managed with a focus on construction management.

What You’ll Bring

• Educational background inArchitectural Design or Construction Engineering, alternatively relevant workexperience
• Knowledge and experienceworking with local building code, ADA, zoning, and other applicable laws
• Understanding of projectscheduling and the ability to communicate and work closely with consultants toensure that project milestones are being met on time and complete.
• Proficient in REVIT and BIM360
• Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud package, full understanding of CADapplications and international drawing convention standards.
• Strong understanding ofConstruction Technical Engineering and its implementation processes
• High level of comprehensionand rational resolution
• Willingness to travel
• English language skillspreferable
