Powersoft is a world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of products and patented solutions for applications in the field of professional audio such as large international events, concerts, theaters, cinemas, stadiums, airports, stations, and ships.

For increasing our R&D team in Florence, we are looking for an R&D Lab Assistant with a basic knowledge in electronics a good manual skills.

Role :

• Support the R&D members in daily activity, more related to manual works, assembly/disassembly operations, prototyping
• Interact and collaborate with the other team members and the other colleagues

Requirements :

• Passion for electronics/mechanics , audio and high-tech products
• Team-working attitude
• Ability to do manual soldering operations, and accurate works.
• Ability to meet deadline and adapt to changing priorities and problem solving skills
• High school diploma in electronics/mechatronics
• Ability to write and speak in English

Nice to have :

• Passion for music / passion for audio
• Knowledge of acoustic and electro acoustic stuff
• Passion for mechanics and mechatronics stuff
