Job Description:
Xchanging , socità del gruppo DXC Technology, è alla ricerca di una figura di Addetto Customer Application Support .
La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'ufficio Customer Application Support, si occuperà di fornire l’assistenza ai clienti sulle applicazioni di Xchanging.
Responsabilità:
Assistenza applicativa e funzionale ai clienti in ambito fondi e risparmio gestito, a copertura di uno spettro molto ampio di problematiche
Presidio operativo delle applicazioni di Xchanging e dei clienti
Richiediamo:
Laurea breve in materie economico/finanziarie o esperienza professionale equivalente
Competenze contabili (anche maturate nel percorso di studi superiori
Conoscenza ed interesse verso il mondo finanza, preferibilmente del contesto fondi e risparmio gestito
Familiarità con l’utilizzo di strumenti software articolati e complessi, con excel e con gli strumenti di gestione file
Ottima capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta
Conoscenza della lingua inglese
Affidabilità, autonomia e proattività completano il profilo.
