We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Requirements

• Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen brigade in creating and preparing menus
• Coordinate food production and control food quality, taste and presentation of dishes
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety and security procedures
• Collaborate with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar
• Compliance with quality and service standards

• Strong leadership skills
• Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background
• Flexibility regarding hours is essential, including willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong motivation and passion for the job with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment

Other requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant
• Fluent in Italian and working knowledge of English preferred
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure
