Job Description:
• For the Lead developer role, we are looking for a Senior Engineer with proven experience of working on multiple products on .Net, Entity framework, Sql, APIs
• Min 10 years of technical hands-on work experience in coding and designing.
• Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing and unit testing frameworks
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Security driven design practices and the remediation of SAST/DAST findings
• Experience in CI/CD and Devops practices including the use of Quality Gates to maintain high levels of code
• Collaborate with business consultants to create and enhance the software product throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Participate in high and low-level design activities to ensure the technical feasibility and efficiency of the project.
• Modify existing implementations based on clients' needs and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Define and document processes and procedures of the existing system to ensure efficient development practices.
• Build reusable features to improve the development team's productivity.
• Write and perform unit testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Ensure that all deliverables from offshore teams meet the quality guidelines and project requirements.
• Coordinate communication between offshore and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure process adherence and drive continuous improvements within the team.
• Adhere to industry and company coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Function as part of a highly collaborative team, providing technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure system documentation is completed accurately and comprehensively.
Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive Hands-on Technical experience on ASP.Net, .Net and SQL development projects.
• Expertise in developing high-quality database solutions.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and optimizing stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
• Expertise in SSIS/SSRS development.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in AngularJS. Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture in Node.js.Experience in implementing real-time applications using technologies like Socket.io.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
