About the Job:
As part of the Revnue Professional Services team, working with customers and internal stakeholders, a contract analyst will be primarily in charge of thoroughly reviewing contract terms and conditions, and negotiating and addressing changes on behalf of a customer (company). In addition, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, analyzing clauses and liabilities, and working with Engineering to improve our ML/AI models.

Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain fully executed contracts and revisions in the platform.
- Manage contract generation, proposal analysis, terms, and conditions, and ensure these are entered properly into the platform.
- Manage RFQ | RFP generation, proposal analysis, and documentation
- Lead and educate internal customers and stakeholders in the proper use of contract management processes and contracting phases, styles, terms and conditions, financial terms, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
- Analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
- Recommending and drafting contract provisions and amendments.
- Reviewing supplier contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties.
- Advising internal departments on innovative and cost-effective ways to comply with contractual obligations.
- Documenting processes and maintaining files.
- Working with Engineering on training ML/AI models
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, business law, or a related field of study.
- Master's degree or MBA with specialization in contracts preferred.
- A contract management or contract analyst certification is a big plus.
- A contract analyst should be extremely thorough and detail-oriented
- Must be able to read through contractual documents line by line.
- Contract analysts must also have excellent writing skills
- They must be able to express themselves effectively and accurately in writing
- They must also be able to manage their time efficiently
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a contract analyst in a related industry.
- Knowledge of various contract laws across multiple industries and countries is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills.
- A keen eye for detail
