Pimpri, Pune Domain -Electrical Sub-Domain -Wiper washer system Job Description & R esponsibility -- Basic knowledge of automotive Standards & Regulations- Basic knowledge in Vehicle certification- Understand of the design and Development process- In depth knowledge of Vehicle Wiper & Washer systems- Sound knowledge of Wiper and Washer mot ors- Capturing Specification requirements and Document preparation- 3D DMU preparation, Packaging and review.- 2D drawing in Cati a- Information Fitment Drawing preparation.- Release in PLM.- Testing and Validation support- Proto/Production/Field support- S ound Knowledge of Auto Electrical trouble shooting.- Sound Knowledge of Vehicular Electrical Components.- Engineering process tool s such as DFMEA, 8D, ECN, etc.- Knowledge of DVLO / CVLO / SVLO / SAM / 4DDesign Software Tools: a) Experience in Catia V5b) Ex posure to JT Visualizationc) Exposure to PLMAdditional Requirements:a) Vehicle Starting and Charging system components knowledge (Starter Motor, Alternator, Battery, etc)b) Design calculations like Charge balance, Battery and Alternator rating selection c) S hould be able to read and specify Electrical and electronic specifications/parameters d) Exposure to GD&T.e) Should be able to wo rk in shifts.f) Willing to relocate as required.g) Should have good Communication skills.h) Experience in EV will be an added adv antage Education -BE/ B Tech - Electrical / Electronics Experience -6 to 8 yearsJob tags
