Role Objective:
We are seeking an adept and dedicated Business Analyst with profound expertise in the Insurance domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing data-driven solutions that drive digital transformation within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
Insurance Domain Expertise:
- Leverage extensive knowledge of Insurance industry processes, including policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data and AI solutions with insurance-specific requirements.
Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and gather detailed requirements for data and AI projects within the Insurance domain, considering regulatory and compliance needs.
- Engage with business users and subject matter experts to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Data Analysis and Insights in Insurance:
- Analyze complex datasets within the Insurance sector to derive meaningful insights, such as risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer behavior analysis.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop solutions addressing specific challenges in the insurance industry.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and data protection regulations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology professionals, and data experts within projects.
- Ensure a collaborative approach to project execution, keeping abreast of industry trends and fostering a shared understanding of project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with a specific focus on the Insurance domain.
- Profound understanding of insurance industry processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
Skills:
- In-depth domain expertise in the Insurance industry.
- Requirement elicitation and analysis.
- Data analysis and interpretation, especially in the context of insurance-related datasets.
- Documentation and report writing with a focus on compliance.
