Job Description :Skills and Qualifications :- 10 or more years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions and developing, and deploying machine learning systems into production.- Masters degree in computer science and engineering, or equivalent.- Hands-on developer with experience in a breadth of programming languages, technology domains, and platforms.- Should be able to showcase achievements in hackathons, Kaggle competitions, GitHub projects, research papers, blogs, and similar.- Experience and proficiency with multiple AI tools, ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Keras, Python, Java, R, NLP, OpenAI, GPT, LLMs, Spark, sci-kit-learn.- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best- practice patterns.- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience with at least one cloud provider solution (AWS, GCP, Azure)- Strong experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.- Industry experience building innovative end-to-end Machine Learning systems.- Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches.- Experience working with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and designing APIs.- Strong knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools.- Expertise in standard software engineering methodology, e.g. unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, code reviews, and design documentation.- Relevant working experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a big plus.
