CloudWerx is looking for a SENIOR DIRECTORY OF DELIVERY to join a collaborative team in our HYDERABAD, INDIA office . You will be at the forefront of driving growth, innovation, and excellence within our global professional services practice and lead our India office.

As a Senior Director of Delivery you will be a key leader and work closely with our global team, embodying a bridge that not only connects but also elevates our operations across various geographies. This role is an immediate full time position.

Insight on your impact

  • Lead and manage the entire engineering team in our India office, ensuring alignment with global objectives and standards
  • Drive growth and innovation within the India team, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies for expansion
  • Oversee hiring processes, actively participating in recruiting top talent and developing a robust talent pipeline
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning among team members
  • Communicate effectively with global counterparts to ensure seamless integration of strategies and practices
  • Implement effective problem-solving mechanisms to address challenges and optimize operations
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, nurturing future leaders within the organization
  • Regularly assess and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency and service quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align India's office objectives with the firm's overarching goals
