We are currently hiring for a 'Product Manager' for Critical care Division for one of the prominent Pharma organization based in Airoli, Mumbai
Designation : Product Manager - Critical Care
Experience : 5-8 years
Qualifications : MBA (Full time)
Responsibilities :
· Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional inputs to address key issues relevant to the product portfolio.
· Coordinate with third-party agents/vendors to design, develop, and ensure timely delivery of required inputs.
· Analyze the market, competition & conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and key issues.
· Develop and conduct training programs to augment Field Force effectiveness.
· Regular fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate the implementation of strategies, and monitor key competitor activities.
· Coordinate across the Field Force and other departments to resolve various product-related queries/issues.
· Develop and effectively implement brand plans/new launches.
· Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
· Facilitate inventory turnover and availability of samples and promotional inputs by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedule.
· Contribute to the sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· 4+ years of brand management experience in the Pharma industry.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Experience in ' Critical care' is preferred, but not mandatory.
