Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a patient care assistant. The Tele counselor will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring and recording vital signs, communicating with patients and their families, and performing medical procedures under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional at the New Delhi location of ASG Eye Hospital.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Direct Patient Care
• Experience in Patient Care and Vital Signs monitoring
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathy and understanding toward patients and their families
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to attend to inbound calls and make outbound calls.
